Our properties primarily consist of office and retail space, but they also house restaurants, residential units, culture and services. Our residential portfolio is primarily found at Mobilia in Malmö and Gränbystaden in Uppsala.
We also have land and development rights, which is very important for the company in terms of growth and reaching our growth objectives.
The contracted annual rent amounted to SEK 2.6 billion on 31/12/2019, and property costs were SEK 810 million. Operating costs are to a certain extent covered by tenants in the form of rent surcharges.
We develop and manage our properties with the intention of long-term ownership, but examine and evaluate our property portfolio on a continuous basis. We acquire properties and land where we can achieve strategic benefits and/or there is strong development potential, and where they are in line with our strategy.
