Parkhusen, block 1

We are building a residential district called Parkhusen with approximately 300 apartments close to both Gränbystaden Galleria and Gränbyparken. Parkhusen will create an urban frontage and a clearly defined entrance to the park. Block 1 comprises 44 rental apartments with commercial premises on the ground floor. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2021. The building is is almost fully let and the apartments have been mediated by Uppsala Bostadsförmedling.
