Atrium Ljungberg recruits Monica Fallenius for the management
Monica Fallenius has extensive experience of management positions within the real estate sector. Her most recent role was with Hemsö where she served as Head of Real Estate for Sweden and as Regional Manager. Her previous employers include companies such as GE Capital Real Estate, Jernhusen, Fabege and Drott. Monica Fallenius’ start date at Atrium Ljungberg has not yet been set.

As director of Transaction and establishment, Monica Fallenius will be responsible for Atrium Ljungberg’s important establishment work within retail, offices and residentials as well as the transaction work – decisive issues for the company’s future growth.
