Atrium Ljungberg signs an agreement with the City of Stockholm for an acquisition in the Slakthus area
Today the Board of Atrium Ljungberg took the decision to sign an agreement with the City of Stockholm to acquire existing properties and land allocations in the Slakthus area, just south of Stockholm city centre. The agreement is based on the letter of intent that was presented in August 2018. The negotiations were held in the autumn and are now complete.
Atrium Ljungberg sells Västberga Handel
(ATRLJ-B.ST, NASDAQ Stockholm) Property company Atrium Ljungberg has today concluded an agreement on the sale of the Arbetsstolen 3 property in Stockholm, better known as Västberga Handel. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 437 million. Serena Properties is the buyer.
Atrium Ljungberg widens its financing base
(ATRLJ-B.ST, NASDAQ Stockholm) Atrium Ljungberg is widening its financing base by issuing its first bonds on the Norwegian capital market, and through direct financing with Allianz Real Estate and Brunswick Real Estate. The volume of financing totals more than SEK 2 billion with a maturity of approximately ten years.
Atrium Ljungberg exchanging property with Folksam Fastigheter
Property company Atrium Ljungberg has today concluded an agreement to acquire the Tranbodarne 11 property, better known as KF-huset, from Folksam Fastigheter. The property is located at Slussen in Stockholm. Atrium Ljungberg will also take over a building right located in front of the property. In conjunction with the transaction, Atrium Ljungberg is selling the Blästern 6 property in Hagastaden and the Roddaren 7 property on Kungsholmen in Stockholm to Folksam Fastigheter.
Atrium Ljungberg signs a letter of intent with the city of Stockholm for a major deal in the Slakthus area
Atrium Ljungberg has signed a letter of intent with the City of Stockholm to acquire the existing properties as well as to sign a land location agreement in the Slakthus area just to the south of Stockholm city. The area will be undergoing a programme of extensive development over the coming decade. The vision is for the city district to become a dynamic part of the inner city and a meeting hub combining offices, residential units, dining, culture and diverse experiences. An engine for the whole of southern Stockholm.

Atrium Ljungberg acquires property in Slakthusområdet
Today Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the Kylfacket 3 property in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm. The property comprises a total of 4,500 m2and is being acquired at an underlying property value of SEK 150 million.
Atrium Ljungberg selling Rådhuset in Uppsala
Property company Atrium Ljungberg has today concluded an agreement on the sale of the Dragarbrunn 19:1 property in Uppsala, better known as Rådhuset. The property comprises approximately 3,000 m2 letting area in total, of which 2,300 m2 is used for retail and restaurant space and 400 m2 is used for office space. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 127 million. Castellum is the buyer.
