During the first quarter of the year, we continue to turn strategy into action. Despite a more turbulent global situation, we see no major movements in the rental market. We are making clear progress in our project portfolio – with occupancies, building starts and new establishments, our city districts are taking shape as vibrant places for business and people, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.

ForMotion Ortopedteknik lined up for Liljeholmen

The demand for modern work environments in Liljeholmen is growing rapidly. Now, even ForMotion, specialising in orthotics and prosthetics, has decided to establish themselves in an Atrium Ljungberg property. Signed in December 2025, the contract is for close to 1,100 m[2].

Year-end Report January – December 2025

We conclude 2025 with a stable fourth quarter marked by a 3% increase in rental income and net operating income. This is mainly driven by the completion of our PV Palatset project in Hagastaden. In 2026, an additional seven projects will be completed, which will gradually contribute to increased rental income, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.

Atrium Ljungberg delivers strongly on the Sustainability Agenda – Three out of four targets achieved

In February 2022, Atrium Ljungberg became the first property company in the Nordics to issue a sustainability-linked bond. The bond with maturity date February 22, 2027 (ISIN: SE0013883428) is tied to four company-wide sustainability targets. The indicators cover environmental and social sustainability as well as sustainable corporate governance.
