Atrium Ljungberg starts new residential blocks in Nobelberget – the launch of Stockholm Wood City

Atrium Ljungberg has decided on the start of construction for the next residential block in Nobelberget, Sickla. This will be the fourth block of a total of eight, and it is the first that will be constructed in wood.

Contract for Mälarterrassen in Slussen finalised

In mid-December 2023, the City Council adopted the contract for Mälarterrassen in its final decision-making body. This means that Atrium Ljungberg, together with the City of Stockholm, may now progress with the development of a unique meeting place by the water at Slussen.

Moody's confirms Atrium Ljungberg's rating, Baa2 with negative outlook

In April 2023, Moody’s confirmed Atrium Ljungberg’s rating at Baa2 but changed the outlook from stable to negative. Moody’s has now confirmed an unchanged rating, i.e., Baa2 with a negative outlook.

Stockholm University of the Arts to Slakthusområdet

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Stockholm University of the Arts in Slakthusområdet, where the university will gather all of its operations. The new district where the university’s premises will be located covers almost 36,000 m[2] GFA and is scheduled for completion in 2030.

Atrium Ljungberg changes its dividend policy and strengthens its execution power of the project portfolio

Atrium Ljungberg will conduct its business with low financial risk-taking in order to enable the implementation of profitable and value-creating urban development projects. In the light of increased investment pace in urban development projects, the Board of Directors believes that a lower dividend payout ratio will be appropriate and has therefore decided on a new dividend policy.

Erik Skalin new business area director for Leasing at Atrium Ljungberg

Atrium Ljungberg is pleased to announce that Erik Skalin will take over as the new business area director for Leasing and join the Atrium Ljungberg executive management team. He comes from JLL, where he was the head of agency and responsible for the consulting operations Leasing, Tenant Representation and Corporate Account Management.

Interim Report January – September 2023

– Our profit from property management is continuing to develop well with growth in the third quarter of 26%, which like earlier quarters is due to good rental growth, good cost control and stable net interest income, says Annica Ånäs, CEO Atrium Ljungberg. We are continuously working to improve our management efficiency, prioritize among our projects and regulate the capital structure. It is pleasing to see that our efforts are getting results, Annica Ånäs concludes.
