Investor Relations

Atrium Ljungberg is one of Sweden's largest listed property companies. We own, develop, and manage properties in growth markets in Stockholm, Uppsala, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Together with municipalities, our customers, and city residents, we create vibrant urban environments where offices, housing, and retail are mixed with culture, services, healthcare, and education.

The total leasable area comprises approximately 1 million square meters across around 80 properties, valued at SEK 61 billion. Over 30,000 people work and study here, and about a thousand people live and reside in our properties. Our project portfolio enables future investments equivalent to approximately SEK 40 billion. Atrium Ljungberg is listed as ATRLJ-B.ST on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap list.

Year-end Report 2025

We conclude 2025 with a stable fourth quarter marked by a 3% increase in rental income and net operating income. This is mainly driven by the completion of our PV Palatset project in Hagastaden. In 2026, an additional seven projects will be completed, which will gradually contribute to increased rental income, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.
