Change in the number of shares and votes in Atrium Ljungberg

As of 30 April 2025, the number of shares in Atrium Ljungberg AB amounts to 666,103,680 shares, of which 20,000,000 are class A shares and 646,103,680 are class B shares.

The change in the number of shares and votes has been prompted by the Annual General Meeting's decision to split the company's shares, whereby each share, regardless of share class, is divided into five shares (so-called share split), with a record date of 10 April 2025.
