Our property portfolio
Our property portfolio contains high-quality office and retail properties concentrated in central locations in the growth regions of Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg and Malmö, and is valued at a total of SEK 58 billion.
Our properties primarily consist of office space, but they also house restaurants, residential units, culture, retail and services. We also have land and development rights, which is very important for the company in terms of growth and reaching our growth objectives.
We develop and manage our properties with the intention of long-term ownership, but examine and evaluate our property portfolio on a continuous basis. We acquire properties and land where we can achieve strategic benefits and/or there is strong development potential, and where they are in line with our strategy.
