Urban development - our project investments
Property development is an important aspect of Atrium Ljungberg’s future value growth. Our project portfolio will enable us to invest the equivalent of approximately SEK 36 billion in the future in confirmed and potential projects.

Tapetfabriken
We are creating a building providing a hotel with a floor space of more than 10,500 m2, along with a garage.

Sickla galleria, phase IV
The shopping district in Sickla is one of the largest retail hubs in Sweden with 130 stores, restaurants and service operations. An extension project is now in place at the galleria.

Parkhusen, phase 1
We are building a residential block called Parkhusen close to both Gränbystaden Galleria and Gränbyparken.

Nobelberget, phase 2
This project comprises 56 tenant-owned apartments, three commercial premises on the ground floors and a parking garage.

Slussen
At Slussen in central Stockholm, we have several land allocations that make it possible to create a destination for Stockholmers and visitors.

Östra Hagastaden
We have a land allocation in the eastern part of Hagastaden, where we plan to build an office building on eight floors with views over Brunnsviken.

Sickla stationshus
We are planning a new building at Sickla Station, at the point where the cross-town light rail link, the Saltsjöbanan line and the forthcoming underground will intersect.

Traversen
Detailed development planning work is in progress for a new 16-storey residential building with approximately 80 apartments.

Kyrkviken
In Kyrkviken, in the eastern part of Sickla, we are planning to create more than 700 attractive apartments and service premises.

Bas Barkarby, phase 2
In phase two, a total of 20,000 square meters of BTA is planned for hotel, residential units and additional areas for offices.
