Urban development - our project investments
Property development is an important aspect of Atrium Ljungberg’s future value growth. Our project portfolio will enable us to invest the equivalent of approximately SEK 38 billion in the future in confirmed and potential projects.
Sickla galleria, phase IV
The shopping district in Sickla is one of the largest retail hubs in Sweden with 130 stores, restaurants and service operations. An extension project is now in place at the galleria.
Nobelberget, phase 2
This project comprises 56 tenant-owned apartments, three commercial premises on the ground floors and a parking garage.
Parkhusen, block 2
We are planning our first tenant-owned dwellings here in Gränbystaden, totalling 98 apartments.
For more than 20 years Atrium Ljungberg has been transforming Sickla from an industrial area to a vibrant city district.
At Slussen in central Stockholm, we have several land allocations that make it possible to create a destination for Stockholmers and visitors.
We are playing an active role in the development of Hagastaden, which will grow to become a new dynamic city district by 2030 and one of the world’s leading life science clusters.
We have a land allocation in the eastern part of Hagastaden, where we plan to build an office building on eight floors with views over Brunnsviken.
We are planning a new building at Sickla Station, at the point where the cross-town light rail link, the Saltsjöbanan line and the forthcoming underground will intersect.
Detailed development planning work is in progress for a new 16-storey residential building with approximately 80 apartments.
In Kyrkviken, in the eastern part of Sickla, we are planning to create more than 700 attractive apartments and service premises.
Bas Barkarby, phase 2
In phase two, a total of 20,000 square meters of BTA is planned for hotel, residential units and additional areas for offices.
Offices at Mobilia
At Mobilia in Malmö we have a development right of 5,400 m2 GFA for offices on Trelleborgsvägen.
