Development of a knowledge-intensive industry

In autumn 2019, Atrium Ljungberg applied for planning permission for the property Lunbyvassen 4:7 (Citadellet and Tornen), where we propose demolishing part of the existing structure and replacing it with a taller building around 20 storeys high, totalling around 35,000 m2 GFA. This building will include space for offices, with commercial enterprises and service facilities on the lower floors.
