How we process personal data

1. Processing personal data

Your privacy is important to Atrium Ljungberg and we protect your personal data as effectively as possible. You should feel secure when sending your personal data to us. We process your personal data in accordance with the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant laws.

2. Data controller

Atrium Ljungberg AB, corporate identity number 556175–7047, and companies within the Group (hereinafter referred to as Atrium Ljungberg) are the data controller for the processing of personal data in their respective companies within the Group.

3. When is personal data processed?

Atrium Ljungberg processes your personal data:

  • when you register for one of our services, newsletters, etc.
  • when you register your interest in or sign a booking agreement for one of our residential properties
  • when you apply for a vacant job or register an interest in working for us
  • when you register for one of our courses, events and seminars
  • when you contact us in other ways, for example, by visiting our offices
  • when you take part in various kinds of surveys that we run 
  • when you are one of our suppliers
  • when you are one of our customers
  • when you make a payment

4. Registered data

We register contact details, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. For some of our services, we also collect the delivery address, payment details and your preferences, if you choose to submit them, for example, your fashion and food preferences. The time of a contact and a note on the nature of the contact is processed, if required.
If you sign an agreement for one of our residential properties or office premises, we also register your personal identity number.

If you represent an organisation, we also register information about your position and other data related to this role.

For parking, vehicle registration plates sometimes have to be processed.

5. The reason for processing personal data

The personal data that you submit to us is stored in our systems. It is used for the intended purposes and to keep you informed of our offers or the offers of carefully selected partners, and for statistical purposes. If you have expressed an interest in receiving offers, the data will be used to select the offers that are relevant for you.

When you apply for a vacant job, send an expression of interest in working for us, take part in a survey or want to be contacted by us, we only use your personal data for the purpose for which you sent it. 

6. Disclosure of personal data 

Atrium Ljungberg shares personal data with other Atrium Ljungberg companies or other carefully selected partners that help us to fulfil the obligations we have with you.

7. How long is the data kept? 

We only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations or as required by laws and regulations.

8. Security and protection of personal data 

Atrium Ljungberg has adopted the necessary security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, change and destruction. Make sure you only submit personal data to companies you know and for specific purposes.

9. Rights and register extract 

You are entitled to know what personal data is stored about you. If you discover that there is incorrect personal data about you, you can request for it to be corrected or removed. You should first notify the contact person you have at our company, or personuppgiftsombud@al.se. If you think that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you can make a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

You can request a register extract of the personal data that we have about you, free of charge. You must make a written request for a register extract. State your personal identity number and your email address, sign the request and send it to our address:
